Since that announcement, signature gathering has started in order to get the nearly 20,000 required signatures to file. As of today, that goal has been accomplished! Not Blowing Smoke will continue to spearhead the fight against California's local flavor bans along with a wider coalition of consumer, industry, and small business partners. Only July 31st at 11:00 AM Pacific, the referendum filing will be completed and a press conference will take place in front of the San Francisco City Hall.
